Usually 10 to 14 months of construction for a standard villa, plus the design and permit stage beforehand.

Can a foreigner build a villa in Bali?

Yes, on land held through the right legal structure. We build on a sound legal basis and arrange the permit through our partners.

What does fixed price mean?

Your price is locked before the contract. You will not pay extra for the agreed works and scope.

Is the design project included?

It is a paid stage that produces the drawings and the estimate, and 50% of it is credited toward the build.
